Canton, Georgia – Pivot Corporation, a Canton, Georgia based manufacturer, has purchased it’s 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility located in Canton, Georgia.  In addition to that facility, Pivot also purchased the adjacent property formerly owned by Vulcan that was used as a cement factory.  The combination of both properties gives Pivot a footprint of almost 12 acres directly on Exit 16 of one of Georgia’s busiest interstates, I575.

Pivot has been leasing this facility since 2010 and has been steadily renovating it.  With 12,000 sq ft of office space, approximately 110,000 sq ft of warehouse and manufacturing space, plenty of 3 Phase power, 11 loading bays, 2 large drive through bays, designated assembly areas, 3,000 sq ft detached Heavy Vehicle Shop/Warehouse, small detached Office building and a very large secured storage yard, Pivot has the right facility for tremendous growth and future expansion.

“Pivot is extremely happy to be establishing our footprint here in Canton, Georgia.” says Richard Y. Lee, President and CEO.  “It is time to bring American’s back to work and show how superior American manufacturing can be.”

Pivot is a manufacturer of premium carts, kiosks and bars to the adult beverage, concession and hospitality  industries.
