Step 5 - Site Readiness Take Down

At the conclusion of your Rental, you will be required to complete the Site Readiness Take Down Form at the bottom of this page to ensure that the site and store is ready for your Starbucks Rental Store to be taken down.  This Site Readiness Take Down Form will walk you through all of the items and your responsibilities to ensure that the Rental Store is ready of the Installation Team to come and remove it.

Please note that additional fees may apply to your rental if your Rental Store is

  • Damaged or Modified from when it was installed
  • Has Equipment Missing and not returned with the Rental Store
  • Your Rental Store is dirty and not cleaned prior to Take Down
  • Your Rental Jockey Box is not returned

 

 

1.

RETURN JOCKEY BOX

Your electrician will need to un-install and remove the Jockey Box provided with your Rental.  It is ideal to place this Jockey Box inside of the Rear Cart for transport back to PIVOT when your Rental Store is taken down.  Alternatively, you have 1 week to ship this Jockey Box back to PIVOT.  Failure to do the above will result in REPLACEMENT FEES to your Rental.

DISCONNECT YOUR SANITARY LINE

If you are an OPTION B or C, your plumber will need to cut and disconnect the sanitary line from the rental store.  The line should be cut above the 90 degree PVC elbow that turns below the Rear Cart.  Do not cut any other hoses or pipes inside of the Rear Cart as it will result in DAMAGE FEES added to your Rental.

3.

REMOVE YOUR STUFF

Please remove any and all items that was not provided to you with this Rental Store.  This includes any and all food items, smallwares, POS and equipment (Mastrena, Grinder, Oven, etc.).  DO NOT CUT ANY PROVIDED HOSES OR ELECTRICAL CORDS as it will result in DAMAGE FEES added to your Rental.  All items should be removed prior to the teams arrival to take down the Rental Store.

4.

CLEAN THE STORE

Please do a complete cleaning of the Rental Store – INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.  This also includes cleaning the Brewer, Shuttles, Warming Stand, Countertop Ambient, Ice Bin and Sinks.  It is expected that your Rental Store be returned in a CLEAN condition to avoid CLEANING FEES added to your rental.

5.

REMOVE GREYWATER CONTAINERS

If you are an OPTION A, please remove and discard the 2 Blue Reliance Greywater Containers that was provided with your rental.

6.

CLEAN TRASH CANS

Please discard any trash in the 2 Trash cans that are located in the Condiment Cart.  These cans should be cleaned and replaced back inside of the Condiment Cart.  Trash left in the trash cans or missing trash cans will result in DAMAGE FEES added to your rental.

7.

STORE IS COMPLETE

Please ensure that any and all items that were provided to you with this Rental Store is located on or inside of the Rental Store prior to the teams arrival to take down the Rental Store.  Any and all missing items will result in additional REPLACEMENT FEES to your Rental.

8.

TRANSPORT TRAILER

Please ensure that the Starbucks Transport Trailer is accessible to the team taking down the Rental Store.
