Pictured above is a Starbucks Store comprised of PIVOT's Prefabricated Modular Store System. This Store (pictured at PIVOT's Manufacturing Facility) will reside in the LAX Airport in Terminal T4.

This Store is made up of 10 Modular Units. Each Modular Unit has been meticulously designed an engineered to support a Starbucks Station supporting all required Starbucks Equipment. These Units have all fixtures and utilities pre-installed at the factory for a Turn-Key Store Solution.

This Store supports a Dual Espresso Station, Cold Beverage Station, Double POS Station, Merchandiser, Refrigerated Food Case, Brew Station, Warming Station, Large Hand Off Station supporting Mobile Order Pickup and an Ice Tower with a large Ice Machine, Water Filtration System, Electrical Hub, Plumbing Hub (with bypass) and Hot Water Heater.

This beautiful Starbucks Store features metal construction with durable powder coating, quartz countertops and furniture-grade wood veneers.

This Store is UL Listed in the US and CANADA. Site Preparation is greatly reduced to just Main Utility Feeders (Electric, City Water and Sanitary) as the Utilities inside the Store are pre-installed into each Modular Unit at PIVOT's factory. Installation of this Store can be performed in ONE NIGHT greatly reducing site disturbance and speeding up a project timeline.
