New Stores

This Starbucks Rental Program can also be used to support a New Store opening.  Unlike a Renovation, a Starbucks Rental Store to support a New Store Opening does not have an existing Starbucks Store to pull equipment from or use as support.  In this situation, there are a number of additional items to address and perform.

1.

STORAGE and BACK OF HOUSE SUPPORT

The Starbucks Rental Store does require additional Storage and Back of House Support.  Consult your Starbucks District Manager or PDM to see how to address these items to support your Starbucks Rental Store.

2.

STORE EQUIPMENT

Since there is no existing Starbucks Store to pull your equipment from, accommodations will need to be made to arrange for delivery of this required equipment from the consolidator prior to the arrival of your Starbucks Rental Store.

3.

INVENTORY ORDER

Early delivery of your Inventory Order (i.e. Cups, product, etc.) must be performed to support your Starbucks Rental Store.  This Inventory Order must arrive prior to the arrival of your Starbucks Rental Store.  Please work with your Starbucks District Manager to prepare this initial order and plan for it’s delivery and storage.
