The anatomy of a PIVOT Pop Up Store starts with the Rear Cart.  This Cart, typically, houses the main utility engine for the Store.  This includes the electrical hub, water distribution hub and sanitary system.  In PIVOT’s Pop Up Store design, all of the additional Carts are connected to this Rear Cart for utilities – offering a single point of connection for the site.  This allows PIVOT to run all of the utilities, pre-installed at the factory, for the entire Pop Up Store.  This also greatly reduces site preparation saving you time and money.

PIVOT’s Pop Up Stores, similar to Cart, have Uprights and a Canopy designed for aesthetics, branding, lighting and the connect ability of utilities between Carts. Shown above is PIVOT’s Halo Canopy design with Flat Column Uprights.  The Pop Up Store is designed around your menu and the equipment you require to support that menu.

The base design of a Pop Up Store is typically sized to fit in a space that is approximately 10 Feet by 10 Feet.  Typical lengths range between 9 to 10 Feet in length, 9 to 10 Feet in depth, and 8 to 9 Feet in height.  If you have more space, consider adding additional Carts that compliment your Pop Up Store to help drive additional revenue.  These Carts may include a Food Case Cart, Merchandizer Cart, Draft Beer Cart, Package Products Cart, Grab -n Go Cart, etc.
