Trailer Storage

Your Starbucks Rental Store will come to you in a Starbucks Transport Trailer designed to fit the Rental Store.  This trailer is very similar to an enclosed car hauler.  PIVOT has multiple size trailers depending on the Starbucks Rental Store type (i.e. Standard, Standard Plus and Enhanced).

 

Please be aware that storage of the Starbucks Transport Trailer as part of the Rental (for both the Standard and Standard Plus stores) is the Licensee’s responsibility.  This Transport Trailer should be stored on-site at the Rental Store location (the location where the Rental Store resides during your reservation) and ideally in a secured area (i.e. Bone Yard, Storage Yard, loading dock area, gated parking lot, etc.).  Storage of this Trailer can be in an unsecured Parking Lot as long as it is visible to the GC and Store Management.  This Transport Trailer measures approximately 26 feet in length by 8 1/2 feet in width by 11 feet in height.  This Transport Trailer will not typically fit in a Parking Garage due to its height (the Trailer requires a minimum clearance height of 12 feet).

Alternatively, you may arrange an Alternate Site to store this Transport Trailer.  The conditions for this Alternate Site are as follows:

  1. This Alternate Site must be arranged by the Licensee.  PIVOT will not make arrangements for this Alternate Site/Local Storage.
  2. This Alternate Site must be secured (i.e. locked storage yard).
  3. PIVOT must approve this Alternate Site prior to the delivery of the Rental Store.
  4. Any and all additional costs for Transporting the Starbucks Transport Trailer from/to the Rental Location to/from this Alternate Site is the responsibility of the Licensee and will be added to the cost of your Rental.

PIVOT only provides two options with regards to the storage of the Starbucks Transport Trailer.  The first option is storage on-site or at an Alternate Site as described above.  The second option is returning the Starbucks Transport Trailer back to PIVOT.  If this second option is chosen, please be aware that the Licensee will be responsible for the additional transport costs (the return to PIVOT after the installation and the pickup from PIVOT for the Take Down).  These additional transport costs will be added to the cost of your Rental.

The storage of the Starbucks Transport Trailer for the Enhanced Store is not necessary as the trailer will be returned to PIVOT after the Installation and will be transported from PIVOT for your Take Down.  No additional costs are charged for this Round Trip transport.
