The Starbucks Rental Store, regardless of Model, requires a Back of House to operate and pass Health code.  In our experience, this Back of House can be a dedicated space or a shared space (i.e. inside of a deli department of a grocery store).  The Back of House, at a minimum, must have the items listed below.  If you do not have a Back of House of access to an area that can be used as a Back of House, this site would not qualify for a Starbucks Rental Store.

The Starbucks Rental Store requires access to a 3 Compartment Sink for ware washing.

ICE MACHINE

The Starbucks Rental Store requires an Ice Machine that meets the Starbucks guidelines for Blended and Cold Brew Beverages.

STORAGE

The Starbucks Rental Store requires dry storage in addition to what is available inside of the Rental Store.
