Standard Plus Store

The Starbucks Standard Rental Store is offered in 2 utility configurations – Option A or Option B.  Please note that this Rental Store Model is the only Rental Store offered in an Option A configuration (Self-Contained Water/Waste Water).

Supplied Filtered Water is a great option if you can provide a filtered water line to the Starbucks Rental Store and there is a drain somewhere close by.  The sanitary is comprised of a Drain Pump system than can pump the sanitary up and across to an available drain – you do not have to go through the expense of having a floor drain and trench sanitary lines.  This option requires the following Site Preparation.

• Electric
• Water (Filtered)
• Sanitary (available drain)

The Supplied Hard Water option is basically the same configuration as Option B above, but supplies the Starbucks Rental store with hard instead of filtered water.  This configuration incorporates a Water Filtration Cart to supply filtered water to the Starbucks Rental Store.
