Standard Store

The Starbucks Standard Rental Store is offered in 2 utility configurations – Option A or Option B.  Please note that this Rental Store Model is the only Rental Store offered in an Option A configuration (Self-Contained Water/Waste Water).

The Self-Contained Water/Waste Water System is the base configuration of the Starbucks Standard Rental Store.  The Water and Sanitary for this configuration utilizes 5-Gallon Water Bottles and a 7-Gallon Graywater Container.

This option requires the least amount of Site Preparation.

Supplied Filtered Water is a great option if you can provide a filtered water line to the Starbucks Rental Store and there is a drain somewhere close by.  The sanitary is comprised of a Drain Pump system than can pump the sanitary up and across to an available drain – you do not have to go through the expense of having a floor drain and trench sanitary lines.  This option requires the following Site Preparation.
