Enhanced Store Overview
The Starbucks Enhanced Rental Store is the largest of the Store Models and is ideal for a higher volume store. It supports Brewed, Espresso, Cold Brew, Blended, Nitro Warming and Pastry. It also has full Water Filtration integrated into the Store.
This Store is comprised of 6 or 7 Modular Carts (with or without the Water Filtration Side Cart). The main Front Carts are the PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-POS3 and PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-HNT1 Carts, the main Rear Carts are the PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-CBS1 and PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-MST1 Carts, the Condiment Cart is the PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-CND1 Cart, the Warming Side Carts are the PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-SCW1 Cart and the optional Water Filtration Side Cart is PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-SCF1.

Size & Placement
The Starbucks Enhanced Rental Store requires a minimum of 24 feet in length (27 feet in length with the optional Water Filtration Cart), 10 feet in depth and a ceiling height of 8 1/2 feet. This minimum space requirement does not include customer circulation, merchandizing or back of house requirements. Please also note that these measures vary slightly from the actual measurements of the Carts and Stores as provided in the Shop Drawings due to Installation and Spacing Requirements.
This Rental Store can be placed against a back wall or located in room center. Please note that utilities must be provided through the rear of this Rental Store.
Carts
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-POS3
The POS3 Cart is a Front Line Cart offering illuminated signage and dual POS support. It features a 48-inch undercounter refrigerator, 2 menus and 2 locking storage compartments.
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-HNT1
The HNT1 Cart is Front Line Cart offering illuminated signage, nitro, hand off and a countertop ambient. It features a bakery rack, 2 menus and 2 locking storage compartments.
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-CBS1
The CBS1 Cart is a Rear Line Cart offering brew and a cold beverage station. It features a work sink, drain board, hutch cockpit, ice bin, trash compartment, locking storage compartment and utility compartment.
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-MST1
The MST1 Cart is a Rear Line Cart offering double Espresso. It features a hand sink, work sink, drain board, water tower, hutch cockpit, 48-inch refrigerator and utility compartment.
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-CND1
The CND1 Cart is Side Condiment Cart offering trash and a condiment caddy. It features dual trash compartments with a locking storage compartment. It can also act as an alternative hand off meeting ADA requirements.
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-SCW1
The SCW1 Cart is Side Cart designed to add functionality to a Store Model and offers warming. It features a compact design with a high backsplash and a 27-inch refrigerator.
PVC10-SBUX-CAFE-SCF1
The SCF1 Cart is Side Cart designed to add functionality to a Store Model offering water filtration. It features a complete Water Filtration System.
